INSTITUTIONAL ACTION PROTOCOL FOR THE PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION IN SITUATIONS OF VIOLENCE OR DISCRIMINATION BASED ON GENDER OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION.

The purpose of this Protocol is to prevent and intervene in situations of violence or discrimination based on gender or sexual orientation, establishing the procedures, guiding principles and actions to be carried out in situations of gender-based violence within FIMBA, whether systematic, recurrent, isolated or occasional.

It proposes to generate an environment of support and trust so that the affected persons can report their situation in order to put an immediate end to it and guarantee an environment free of violence and discrimination based on gender, sexual identity or gender expression, promoting spaces of equity and equality, and promoting awareness and training actions on gender issues and prevention of violence and discrimination.
